Sad yet hopeful is what this album sounds like. Every sadness album sounds like that honestly. Like things might be shit right now but they can always get better if you’re willing to let them. Sadness has a way of making music that’s mega depressing but doesn’t add to your depression it seems to acknowledge it and reminds you of the things that make your life worth living. This album specifically does this perfectly and is probably my favorite sadness release. please let it get physical release

Comme une impression que les meilleurs albums de Sadness sont ceux avec des arbres sur la pochette (je ne me suis jamais remis de l'interlude au piano de Wounded Solitude). La production sur Rain est très claire sauf pour la voix de Damián Antón Ojeda qui surgit par bourrasques, un peu comme celles qui arrivent pendant les périodes de pluies. Les instruments sont tous accompagnés d'une réverbération du plus bel effet. Rain est une libation et une inondation en même temps. Juste si émouvant...
